Mount for switches or buttons for an Aftermarket steering wheel

So this was styled for those mounts seen in the original fast and furious movies. this version of design was made to fit a Honda Integra DC5 with an HKB steering wheel hub, utilizing a 70mm x 6 PCB

Whats needed 

M3 X 5 Heat set insert x5

M3 x 6 countersunk socket screw x1

M3 x 8 countersunk socket screw X4

Heat set insert locations are marked out in the photos, when i made the plate i cut it out of aluminium RHS with hands but someone like PCBWAY or send cut send should be able to manufacture it
