Crutch Tip 18 mm Hole

PDFCrutch Tip
Object is fully copied from existing tip of Crutch. Diameter of inner hole is 18mm. I slipped proper size washer in hole of tip before slipping crutch in to it to prevent cutting effect...
When slicing enable support because of 1 mm diference in bottom layers
test crutch tip 18mm hole.stl = only to test if hole size fits without whole object printing...
Story behind it.....
Many many years ago I lost one Crutch Tip in the woods. In that time when I still needed crutches for some time I had to make some redneck style replacement from some rubber and stuff....
Few days ago I was again forced to use them. After all this years redneck style replacement was missing and I had to improvise again in the middle of the night with great pain in my back.
Today when I am OK again I decided to model and print a proper TPU replacement for hopefully not needed future:)

Printing Material: TPU
Support: because of 1 mm diference in bottom layers
Infill: 60%
Bottom Layers: 15 layers (to make stressed bottom with my nozzle and print hight 100% filled)
