Dust Collector for Mini Electric Belt Sander Grinder

This is an accessory for a Mini Belt Sander( 330MM - 30mm) to which I connect a vacuum cleaner hose to extract dust while sanding.

The object is attached to the belt sander using an M3 screw and M3 nut on the lower support surface of the sander using the existing holes.

The elbow for inserting the vacuum cleaner hose is attached to the base object with an M3 screw. A thread must be cut into the dedicated hole of elbow using a M3 thread drill or carefully and slowly with the M3 screw itself. When screwed in deep enough, it reaches into the groove on the base object and thus locks it in place.

The adapter for the vacuum cleaner hose is screwed onto the elbow. Three versions of the adapters have been produced with dimensions of 36mm, 42mm and 54mm.
