I picked up a Tiopy 3d printer enclosure, one originally marketed towards a Bambu A1 printer, but it came with some quirks. One of these quirks was the top of the enclosure having a fairly large, round hole. The assembly came with an insert for this but it was fairly lackluster in quality and was just simply a circle to help filament and ptfe pass through without damage. Otherwise, it was still a giant hole in the top of the enclosure.
With that, I set about making a quick model to fix that. This model provides 9 openings for a standard 4mm OD PTFE tube to pass through. It's a tight fit, intentionally, but it was the best choice given that I had at least 7 tubes that needed to go in (5 from dryboxes and 2 a Creality dryer). In the attached photo, you can see the new printed insert next to the original insert. The replacement uses the same screws that came with the original, but it's a tight enough fit that they're not needed.
