We have a Robomow RS630 that the height adjustment doesn't lock properly even though the spring is present. This block replaces the plastic adjuster knob (under the rubber cap) and stops the adjustment from slipping. To fit you need to remove the cover, there are videos on how to change the batter/mow motors that show you how to do this (4 clips). Remove the adjustment know (it has a little spring under it so be ready to catch it). Use the adjustment knob to ensure that the LEFT notch is 90 degrees to the robot. You may need to raise/lower by one third of a turn for this. The clip will then slide on with the flat side towards the back - the bottom should be inside the black plastic curve. The cover will hold it down when refitted.
Print on the top standing upside down (the way the file loads) - I used PLA with default settings and no support.
