Improved middle section for "Pop-up credit card wallet spreader"

Had one of the springy parts of the "middle-section" break and noticed it was designed with sharp 90 degree cuts at the weakest point(which is where it snapped). So I added fillets to hopefully improve longevity of the part. 

I also cut a little of the top of the springy parts so they flex more freely even if the middle-section is tightened down hard.

Print in PETG for best result.
