Mr.Fox loves tinkering with robots and teaching children how to build and program them. To prevent the robots from speeding over the edge of the table and crashing to the floor, he designed a modular system of connectors and boards to create any size Robot Racing Arena. The boards are 8mm MDF, 85mm high and 300mm or 600mm long. The slots at the end of the boards prevent the connectors from detaching from the boards in case of a high speed robot crash. The robot is a Maqueen from DFRobot controled by a BBC micro:bit controller and programmed in MakeCode. The connector can be fitted with LRF's.
