Right so I'm proud to present project fog duct direct brake duct replacement to go where the factory fog light would go this is a two piece design to allow for steel mesh to be sandwiched now notice as of now i haven't tested it with mesh. the print can be mirrored in the slicing software to do left and right head sides

The ones i Printed for prototyping i made from eSun PETG i up the wall loops and top/bottom shell layers to 5, 20% infill Gyroid infill.

What is required

5x M4 x 4 x 5.5 heat set inserts

2x M4 x 8 button head screws

3x M4 x10 button head screws

2x M4 x 16 button head screws

2x M4 washer

2x M4 nut

and some 2.5" ducting tube

to assemble melt the heat set inserts in the places marked out in the photos

position the mesh between the two pieces if desired and bolt them together with the screws marked out in the photos

now to do this mod there is two pieces that need to be cut off the bumper they marked out in the photos

it would be easier to do this mod with the bumper off, once they are cut out place the brake duct in that position then use the M4x 8 screws to fix the duct from the inside then from the side use nut and m4 x 16 bolt to fix it in place.

Note - it was designed in mind with a Mugen style front lip so there will be a gap if used without
