Completely redesigned model, using the author's ideas @Judhini_1605028 , @x4443

Easy printing, no glue required

tested for various tolerances

Print 0,15mm structural, 15% infill

I printed on Prusa core one, size 5.19mm, fits well, no need to use glue

I added models with additional tolerances.

for good stability I used a nut as a weight

The nut hole has a deliberately large tolerance to allow for the use of different nuts.

Superglue can be used to secure, but it is not necessary.

The cap locks the nut in place, after pushing the cap it is difficult to open again, it holds firmly

The recommendation is not necessary. For a better sliding surface, you can try smoothing the axle and inner hole of the wheel with fine sandpaper and using a lubricant.
