Strong Rounded Corner Bracket

I recommend printing from ASA but PETG will also work. 0.2mm layer height. 4 or more perimeters will make it stronger. I also included a variant for printing laying on the arms (as a pyramid) so that the orientation of the layers makes it even stronger.

Dimensions:

• 3mm thick version 54 x 54 x 54mm
• 4mm thick version 55 x 55 x 55mm
• 5mm thick version 56 x 56 x 56mm

Wholes prepared for countersunk screws of 3 to 4 mm diameter.

UPDATE: added variant of 5mm version placed on the pad as pyramid for symmetrical orientation of the layers to make it even stronger - must print with brim
