This is fixed bracket to hold a generic flexible phone arm with a gripper. These arms usually come with a suction cup to mount them on a windshield in a car. The arm itself is a thick wire with a plastic coating that can be bend in the position you want the phone to be. By arm broke out of the suction cup and got unusable. I then designed this bracket to fit the arm so I can mount it at my desk and hold a phone for video calls.

The bracket fits arms with diameter of 9,9mm and achieves a light press fit. Additionally zip ties (max. 5mm wide and 0,5mm thick) can be used to hold the arm in place.  The bracket as as 90° hole at the end to support the torque from the phone holder, see images for details. The whole bracket gets screwed down with up to 4 screws through the center.

Assembly:
  • Bend the end of your arm sharply to 90°
  • Insert arm in to bracket.
  • If press fit is not enough use zip ties.
  • Screw down bracket in desired place.

Print instructions:
  • No supports needed
  • Recommended layer height 0,2 mm

I would be happy to see some of your makes posted :)
