My cats were having difficulty getting their treats out of the original D20, even after scraping away some of the material with a knife, so my completely unskilled self brought the original into TinkerCad, sized it up by 20%, and expanded the hole. Consider it an easy mode for your less intelligent cats (or an alternative for bigger treats).
Sorry if it looks messy - I'm new to this and had to eyeball the expansion.
One thing - it seems I overshot the size a bit. I originally had resized it to fit Temptations treats, but the hole is quite wide for even those - they fall out pretty readily and without a ton of effort by the cat. You might want to size it back down a bit (maybe 20%?) to get the hole a bit smaller unless you want to go super easy on your cats or you've got a bigger treat in mind.
Still, I figured I'd keep this model up as an alternative for people who would rather print a smaller D20 with a bigger hole than scale the whole thing up.

Notes:
Settings are just guidelines. I'm sure you could get it to look a bit nicer by printing at a better resolution, but I'm just making it for the cats to bat it around a bit, so .2 was just fine.
