Funko-inspired Orc Warrior with helm, cloak, and reaper-glaive. Chunky details print clean on FDM or resin. Includes split parts, scale presets, and print guide.

Meet the Orc Warrior—a palm-sized problem with a mile-wide smirk. Chibi proportions (oversized head, glossy eyes) and chunky armor plates give this sculpt instant shelf presence and crystal-clear tabletop readability. The battered helmet, stitched leathers, and bone-tipped glaive tell a story at a glance, while the rocky base keeps the stance grounded for gaming or display. It’s the scroll-stopper your gallery needed and the NPC your players will love to fear.

Why you will love printing this:

  • Chunky, print-safe geometry. No wispy spikes; minimum detail thickness ≈ 1.6–2.0 mm; grouped fingers; reinforced weapon shaft.
  • FDM + resin tuned. Shallow overhangs, compact silhouette, flat boot soles, and support-friendly angles keep setup simple and results dependable.
  • Painter-friendly surfaces. Metal, leather, skin, and cloak are cleanly separated so zenithal → wash → edge-highlight workflows pop fast.
  • Keys & tolerances: 3–5 mm pegs with 0.2–0.3 mm clearance; optional 10.0 mm neck ball / 10.3 mm head socket.
  • Scales: 32 mm to-eyes (tabletop) and 90 mm (display).

Print profiles

FDM (0.4 mm nozzle)
0.16–0.20 mm layers • 3–5 walls • 18–25% gyroid
Body upright; glaive printed flat or on a 30–45° diagonal; base flat.
Minimal supports under jaw/tusks, inside armpits, cloak hem, and the underside of the blade.
(If you split the glaive in two: add a 1 mm brass-rod pin channel for strength.)

Resin (collector finish)
0.03–0.05 mm layers • tilt 20–30° • medium raft
Medium tips (0.3–0.4 mm): blade underside near the head, cloak corners, pauldron edges.
Light tips (0.2–0.3 mm): tusks, belt trophies, boot arches.
Short, even post-cure to keep the weapon slightly forgiving.

FAQs

Beginner-friendly? Yes—split parts, generous tolerances, and minimal supports.
Scales up cleanly? Absolutely; forms and edges hold crisp at 90 mm.
Hollowed? Provided solid for reliability; hollow in your slicer if preferred.

Quick paint recipe (vinyl/chibi look)

  1. Zenithal prime (black → gray → ivory).
  2. Skin: olive base + green-brown wash; desaturated highlights; tiny gloss dot in eyes for “collectible pop.”
  3. Metal: dark steel + black wash; bright silver edge highlights on helm and greaves.
  4. Leathers/fur: warm browns with sepia wash; light gray drybrush on cloak fringe.
  5. Blade: cool steel with faint wear along the edge; satin varnish on metals, matte on fabrics.
