Palette 2 Hemera Clip and Run Out Detection

This is a extruder clip for the E3D Hemera that will allow it to connect to the Palette 2. I wanted to add run out detection for when running without the Palette 2 so I have added the ability to have the run out detection switch mounted inside it. I used a standard bowden connector to allow it to connect to the Hemera.

The original file uses an M6 sized thread bowden tube coupler. I have added a modified version for an M5 sized thread bowden tube coupler
