Profile 4040 Cable Bracket

I was looking for cable brackets for better cable management for our ceiling mounted 4040 profiles. I made this design as I wanted something that is screwed down (or up?) to a nut to stop it from sliding along the profile rail.

It's 40x40mm, designed to be screwed into the rail with a M4x10 countersunk screw. It has a hole on the opposite side of screw for easy access with an Allen key or screw driver.

The model went through the following iterations:

• v1: initial version
• v2: stronger walls to not bend as easily
• v3: deeper countersunk hole to better fit the easily available M4x10, addition of a hole for Allen key
