Our kids have schmatz fatz water bottles and on one the lever of the closing/opening mechanism broke. I remodelled this to print a replacement, which incidentally even fits better in colour than the black original (using sunlu fuchsia PLA+ for the pink bottle)!
I strongly advice a 0.2mm nozzle for the needed accuracy, because 0.1mm difference can decide between smooth operation and clamping down like hell to get the thing open.
Also you might need to drill the hole wider for the axle/pin a little, depending on how dialled in your printer is.
For better looks I advice a smooth PEI sheet to prevent the “normal” PEI texture and be aware, that PLA usually is not dishwasher-save, because of the temperatures. So either wash the cap by hand or try PETG or any other heat resistant, non-flexible Filament, which is reasonably food-save,
