The set consists of a wall mount and a rotating mounting plate for attaching a PreSonus Eris 3.5 Gen 2 loudspeaker. The mounting plate is designed to use as little material as possible while still ensuring that the loudspeaker is securely mounted. The distance between bracket and mounting plate allows for rotation of the loudspeaker, keeping the cables and plugs in mind.
The mounting plate is available in two versions. Version A for the loudspeaker without control buttons at the front. Version B for the loudspeaker with control buttons.
In addition to the two 3D printed parts, an M5 screw (either a cap screw or wing screw, depending on your preference) as well as an M5 nut and appropriately small washers are required.
The mounting plate can be printed completely without supports. In principle, the holder can also be printed without supports, but it may be advantageous to provide supports in the area of the large through hole. However, this is not necessary.
I printed with the following settings:
Plate: PETG, 3 perimeters, 10% infill gyroid
Holder: PETG, 5 perimeters, 15% infill gyroid
For the plate, I reinforced the area around the hexagonal hole by using a cylindrical modifier with 100% infill concentrically at this point.
