World War II DUWK Amphibious Vehicle based on the “duce and a half” GMC truck. There were many versions of this vehicle and I based the design on pictures, so I have no idea whether it represents a correct configuration. Most parts snap together, but some need to be glued. All holes and inserts must be filed clear of any flash/brim/support material. Assembly instructions are included in the photos. Most of the clamps are difficult to remove after assembly, so it should be assembled in order. Instructions as follows: Insert Axle 1 into Rear Wheel 2 and then install two Tires 3. Repeat for all 4 rear wheel assemblies. Install Axle 1 into Front Wheel 4 and tire 3. Repeat for the other side. Place a drop of glue on the axle and install the rear wheel assembly A into the Chassis 5. Repeat for 3 other rear wheel assemblies A. Place a drop of glue on front wheel assembly C and insert into chassis assembly B. Repeat for the other side. Insert Propeller Shaft 6 into chassis assembly B. Install Propeller Spacer 7 onto propeller shaft 6. Place a spot of glue on the tip of the propeller shaft 6 and install the Propeller 8. Install Cargo Bed Support 9 onto chassis assembly B. Insert chassis assembly B into Hull 10. Note the major key in the center of the hull passes between the major frames of the chassis without hard attachment. Install the Forward Section 11 onto the hull and chassis assembly B. This is a blind plug and may take some manipulation. Install the Forward Section Clip 12 onto the forward cross frame of the chassis and into the forward section receptacle. Install the Cargo Bed 13 into the chassis assembly B. Install the Winch Drum into the aft receptacle on the chassis assembly B. Install the lower hull 15 onto the chassis assembly B. Install the Cargo Bed Cover 16 onto the chassis assembly B. Glue it if you prefer it as a permanent installation. Insert a front wheel 4 into a tire 3 and glue it onto the rear deck of the chassis assembly B. Insert Rudder 17 into chassis assembly B. Might need glue.
