Fender Rope Cleat V1

An in-line cleat which may be fitted either in the mid-span or at the end of a rope.  Suitable for 6-11mm diameter ropes.

[It is similar, though not identical, to a commercial item.  The printed part will not be equivalent in strength to their injection moulded nylon component.  I have however been using this printed version for hanging boat fenders for the last couple of months and am very happy with them.  If however you think you need the strength, reliability and reputation of the commercial item then safer to buy one.]

I printed in PETG as a trial but expect to replace them with ASA ones when UV degradation becomes evident.  I used organic support “everywhere”.  These can be removed very easily without any tools.
