I made this to apply red ink to a surface as thinly as possible. I found out using an air gun makes a nice mist when sprayed at the tip of a Sharpie. This object combines the two and gains the operator a bit more control too over the spray and pray method!

Use the picture as a guide, cut an 1/8-NPT thread for the air gun, jam your designated Sharpie into the largest hole, and you are ready to go! Also worth noting that it seems red Sharpies fit the best in this, and it needs a pretty high quality fit to work. Wrap some tape around the marker for a better seal if needed, otherwise this can be a fun calibration test for the printer.

Regulate your air and do not do anything stupid with this! Print with 4 walls, 2-mm top and bottom, 55% triangle infill 100% connected, PLA or fiber reinforced others should do, avoid ABS or ASA along with other ductile filaments for a long lasting thread. Oh and make sure you clean it with something the plastic can tolerate.
