Phomemo Label Roll Box with Lid + Core (Spool Hub)

Keep your Phomemo label rolls tidy, dust-free, and ready to grab.
This snap-fit cylindrical box was designed around common Phomemo thermal rolls (e.g., 40×30 mm, 50×50 mm, round 50 mm) and includes a printable core to keep the roll centered. The flat lid makes the boxes easy to stack and there’s space on the side/top for your own identification sticker or QR code.

What’s included

• Box (4 heights): 45 mm, 55 mm, 65 mm, 74 mm

• Lid / cover (press-fit)

• Core (3 heights): 53mm, 65 mm, 73mm to hold the label roll in place.

Tip: Pick the box height that matches your roll’s diameter.
Examples shown in the photos: 40×30 mm, 50×50 mm, round 50 mm labels.

Compatibility

Made for Phomemo mobile thermal printers and similar mini label rolls (40–50 mm width typical). Works great as a general storage canister for small rolls, tapes, or film too.

If the lid is too tight/loose, scale the X/Y only by ±1–2%. Different printers/filaments shrink differently.

Assembly & use

• Slide the core into the label roll.

• Place the roll inside the box.

• Press on the lid until it seats with a snug friction fit.

• Add your own sticker on the top/side to mark size (e.g., “White 40×30 mm”, “Round 50 mm”).

Notes:

• Walls are very thin. Printing many boxes at the same time is not recomended

• you can scale core to adjust lenght.
