X1/P1 Nozzle Wiper

I had TechNerd's nozzle wiper V2 for quite awhile, and noticed over time due to removing and cleaning the tubing, that the screw no longer fit as snugly as it should have. This resulted in the nozzle wiper rocking back and forth quite significantly while cleaning…

This model addresses that issue, by adding reinforcement to the underside of the nozzle wiper that attaches to the purge chute.

To install, use the original screw for the nozzle wiper. Ensure the purge chute's plastic base (for the wiper) is sandwiched between the purge wiper's two bases. See photos for reference, if needed.

Printing Tips:

• Print in a material that has a higher temperature tolerance, such as PETG, ABS or ASA
• Print on its side, with the ‘flattest’ side down. (See photos for reference)
• Depending on your build plate, a brim may be necessary
• No supports needed

Both STL and STEP files included!

Designed the model in CAD since CAD model was not available (based on original model). Added reinforcement to the bottom of wiper to prevent rocking while wiping.
