Modular Chain Link Bracelet - Pine Makers

The Chain Bracelet is a simple yet stylish 3D printed bracelet made of interlocking links. It prints as a single piece with no supports required, making it easy to produce and assemble.

The closure mechanism requires a quick post-process step: cut a small piece of 1.75 mm filament and use it as a hinge pin. Insert one filament piece on each side of the clasp to secure it.

Included are:

• 19 cm bracelet – suitable for larger wrists.
• 15 cm bracelet – suitable for smaller wrists.
• Extra links file – print additional links and extend the bracelet as needed. (More filament hinge pins required for attaching extra links.)

Print Settings

• Printer type: FDM
• Material used: PLA (PETG recommended for added flexibility and durability)
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 25%
• Supports: None required
• Approx. print time: ~1 hours depending on size
• Post process: Insert filament hinge pins into the clasp (and additional links if used)

Assembly & Finishing Instructions

1. Print bracelet in one piece.
2. Cut two short pieces of 1.75 mm filament.
3. Insert filament hinge pins into the clasp closure (one on each side).
4. For extra links, use additional filament pieces as hinge pins to extend the bracelet.

Safety Notes

• Not suitable for small children (choking hazard from small parts).
• PLA may become brittle over time; PETG recommended for daily wear.
• Decorative use only, not intended for load-bearing.
