Fit and Tolerances

Fit can vary by printer, filament, and slicer.

If too tight, try XY scale +1–2% or set horizontal expansion to −0.1 to −0.2 mm.

If too loose, try XY scale −1–2% or horizontal expansion +0.1 mm.

Light edge sanding and a small elephant foot compensation (0.1 mm) can help.

Test fit gently; do not force parts.
