Articulated Snowman Fidget - Head and Bottom with Bars

In trying to make it so my 5 and 8 year old kids could put these together, I made a head and a bottom that uses a bar to hold the band in place.  This makes it so you don't have to cut and tie the band and can easily change out parts if you want to.
