I modeled this opening insert to guide cables to the electronics, which are outside of the enclousure (E-Stop and Klipperscreen). The insert press fits into the metal sheet. First you need to cut out the spokes, where the insert will be. I used a Dremel to do so. I plan to add a TPU insert inside of the insert as an strain relief. I will upload it once I modeled it. How tight the fit is depends on the cut. In my example it can move a little. After inserting it it can't be removed without destoying it, so make sure you insert it in the right orientation.
The fusion file is paramteric, where it can be selected how many spokes will be cut. Unfortunetly the model will break, when the parameter is changed. The 3 spokes version should work for most people and an USB-A cable can pass through. I printed it in PETG with a .6 nozzle.
For my E-Stop I made this strain relief: https://www.printables.com/model/1474155-parametric-tpu-cable-gland-strain-relief
