This is a fan mount for an Intel RES2SV240 SAS Expander card, it is designed to hold a 40mm fan over the heat sync. The fan holes and PCB stand offs have 5.5mm holes meant to accept M4 threaded brass inserts.
This is a collaboration between me and ChatGPT, so it needed some work. The .scad file is what ChatGPT gave me. The .stl is my version which includes standoffs with closed tops, and a cut-out to clear the PCI bracket. The .stl file is oriented to only need supports on the one side. The Cut-out should be enough to clear the PCI bracket (so you don't have to cut it like I did in the pictures), but you may been to make small changes. I have also included my Pursa Slicer project file that has the original object and my edits still live if you need to make any tweaks.
I printed it in PETG, but it should work just fine in anything.
