📐 Dimensions

Inlet hole: 37 mm diameter

Main pipe: 80 mm diameter

Wall thickness: 5 mm

Small cylinder length: 20 mm

Large cylinder length: 60 mm

🖨 Print settings (tested on Ender 3 V3 SE)

Printer: Ender 3 V3 SE

Filament: PLA (prototype); PETG recommended for durability/water exposure

Layer height: 0.2 mm

Infill: 20% gyroid/triangular

Wall/perimeters: 3–4 (ensures solid 5 mm walls)

Top/bottom layers: 6–8

Print speed: 50–60 mm/s

Supports: Normal support used. The small hole section was oriented downward so less support was needed overall.

🔧 Fit & Tolerances (Ender 3 V3 SE)

Designed for a tight, complete fit (not a loose dry-fit).

Ender 3 V3 SE typically prints holes ~0.2–0.4 mm smaller than CAD.

For snug fitting pipes, you may need to lightly sand the 37 mm hole or the pipe end.

If making remixes, consider adding +0.3 mm clearance in CAD for easier push-fit.

💡 Usage notes

Suitable for sink drains and other non-pressurized plumbing.

For water-tight sealing, use plumber’s tape, silicone, or gasket material.

Not certified for potable water or pressurized systems.
