Can be Used to Mount additional Hardware easily to your Headset.
The Base has a Diameter of 28mm.

You need a M2 Heat-set Insert and a M2x4 Screw to mount it to the Headset.

Lift the Velcro pad up near the edges to reveal the Philips Screw.
