Prusa E3D Revo Nozzle Holder With Sizes

Made some amendments from the original as a guide.

The front is wider (same as the back) so the top would accommodate the sizes better and readded the E3D Logo on the face.

Nozzle Holes are 6.5 x 22.5mm, printed mine in TPU 0.6 nozzle and 0.2 layer height.

If you import into pruser slicer and split into parts each number is separate so you can use the MMU to print the first 0.2 layer for those objects in a different colour, or just remove.
