bicycle BMC 257 rear pannier rack support

Support bridge for rear pannier rack of BMC 257 bicycle. 

Original pannier rack of this bicycle is supposed to handle 10kg load per side, but starts deforming already at lesser loads. This support braces the center of the pannier rack to the fender (which is quite strong). 

Although this is probably overkill, I personally printed the final version in PETG-CF with 4 perimeters to ensure a high strength. For reference, a pure PETG version with 2 perimeters could support 40kg weight per side (statically, for a short amount of time).

Clearances of the dovetail joints are critical for correct installation. My final print in PETG-CF with the clearances as in .3mf model needed to be pressed into place (using knipex wrench pliers for their parallel motion). When a good press fit has been achieved, there is no need for glue to keep the parts in place. STEP files are included to tune the clearances for your machine and material.
