Print in Place Nozzle Box for wrench size 7 mm

Remixed the "steel nozzle" box for my nozzles from ruthex, which have a wrench size of 7 mm instead of 6 mm for the standard nozzles.

I have also adjusted the numbers of the labeling a bit.
