This was designed as a snap in cable guide for bike shifter cables (4mm OD) and brake hoses (5mm OD) but may also be used for electrical cables for household use.
It requires a strong double sided tape on the back surface to mount to your frame (or other). Glue may also be used, just plan ahead in case you need to remove it. I used 3M Scotch-Mount Extreme Double-Sided Mounting Tape.
When mounting, orient the clip so that any loading of the cable will pull it into the clip and away from the opening.
These are to be printed SIDEWAYS and will be fine with NO SUPPORTS. I recommend printing at least TWO at a time to allow for a long enough layer time to allow the previous layer to cool before continuing to the next layer. I used a 0.2mm layer height and 0.4mm nozzle.
To maintain a secure clip, I recommend using materials that are CREEP RESISTANT. I always us ASA but PETG, PC, and fibre-filled materials should also work.
