This is a simple clip that snaps onto the top of the Makerbot Headphone Stand (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2050885) to better hold my Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000 headphones. The cord and overall bulkiness causes them to slip off from time to time. Other headphones with similar slots in the headband would also likely work with it.

This just clips onto it, and provides a central ridge or nub that the headphones can catch on to keep them from sliding off.

Notes:

You can print this at whatever orientation you prefer. Pretty much any of them are going to require support unless you have an SLA printer. I printed an early version with the nub facing upwards, with supports, but Slic3r was leaving out supports in the middle and i was getting some stringing. The print in the photos was done on its side, which meant only a minimum of supports was needed for the nub itself.

It needs a tiny bit of flex to snap onto the mount, so I wouldn't print this at 100% or anything crazy with infill. It doesn't need a lot of strength anyway.
