A very simple turn signal lever designed after 2 peaces of the original one. may be a bit tedious to put it and may require some sanding to get it to move smooth. Mine took a month to wear in and feel like the original one.

Installation guide:

  • Power scooter off
  • Remove mirror and all other plastics to get to the bolts holding the button assembly
  • Unscrew button assembly, unplug its electrical connector (be mindful of fragile plastic tabs)
  • Unclip (Unscrew depending on model) the turn signal button from the assembly.
  • push it towards the front (it comes out of the front of the assembly)
  • carefully unclip its 2 parts, be mindful to not loose the small ball or spring.
  • sand new lever until ball and spring move smoothly
  • sand new lever notch, top and bottom part until switch moves smooth in assembly (may take a few tries, be patient and don't loose parts)
  • do everything from step 6 to 1 backwards
