Saphe Pro holder

A quick remix of the SaphePro holder by @Kerndrup. It fits the original adhesive pad that's included.

Print with PETG or ABS/ASA with 0.16 layer height

I changed it so you can stick it to vertical surfaces with the included adhesive pad.
