Dynamic Plague Doctor Syringe 2.0

Setup

This is a prop plague doctor syringe. The plunger can move give the appearance that the fluid is being extracted and injected. The needle head retracts to make it look like the needle is being injected. I've included a drawing and a few videos showing how it all comes together.

Materials needed aside from printed parts:

• Super Glue or other adhesive
• Tape to hold parts together while glue dries
• Chamfer Tool - Optional
• 1 - spring for syringe : (I used spring #9 in the following kit). If you don't have this one, similar sizes should work. Here are max dimensions that will work with the retractable syringe head: .26 OD (MAX), .04 Coil Diam, solid height = .5" max

Assembly

Check out the gifs below for assembly instructions. I'd dry fit all the components together to make sure you don't have in hangup with the parts before gluing. Some parts have a tight fight, so you might want to use a chamfer tool on the OD and ID's.

• Infill: 30% for all parts, but 50-70% for needle and needle head
