Sports Acessory Storage Rack V2 - Inspired by TONS Gear Organizers

Overview:

This system was designed due to popular demand as a second version of my Bike Acessory Storage Rack. This style of storage rack is inspired by the Tons Gear Organizer product. It is designed to work with a 1" (specifically, 25.4 mm) wooden dowel to fasten onto your wall in either a horizontal or vertical format, or sit on your tabletop. With the addition of more hooks and accessories, this system has been expanded to include more sports like running, climbing, and more.

This is a live service and open source model. Your feedback will be accounted for and updates will be made! I encourage you to customize it as you'd like! The Generic Bar Attachment is a great starting point to make your accessory of choice.

All files are downloadable in .STL, .STEP, and .F3D format so you can customize them to your liking in your software of choice. 

Almost all of these accessories are compatible with the Tons Gear Organizer system. Apply a 110% scale in Prusa Slicer to each part to make it fit on a standard Tons bar. 

Each part should also be compatible with V1, apply a 96% scale in Prusa Slicer to make it compatible.

Materials:

• Recommended print material: ASA, ABS, PETG-CF
• 1" Wooden Dowel
• Generic drywall screws
• Generic drywall anchors
• 1" Rubber O Rings (for keeping vertical accessories in place)
• M4 Screws
• M4 Nuts

Print instructions for computer holders, wall fasteners, table stands, and helmet mounts:

• Support may be necessary on horizontal components
• .1-.2 mm layer height
• High infill / 2+ wall perimeters (you want it to be strong!)

Print instructions for all hooks:

• .2-.3 mm layer height
• All walls. No infill. The entire print should be walls. This makes the print faster and stronger! (you can accomplish this by setting perimeters to a high number like 10)
