this is part 1 of my new air hose coupling system

- used for coupling 50/75/100/125/150 and 200mm air hoses
- combined bayonet & magnet locking mechanism
- TPU seals ensure a close to airtight connection

13.10.2025 - added a 50mm version (v1.1)
→ in the future v1.1 will become a seperate model for hoses smaller than 70mm (down to 38mm)

print settings:

- no specific settings
- i used a 0,6 nozzle
- TPU for SEAL


materials u need: (for one set M+W)

- 3pcs M4x12mm screw (lens head)
- 12pcs 10x5mm neodymium magnets
- 2pcs M3x16mm screw
- 2pcs M3 melt nut


assembling notes:

- orientation of magnets is important ! stack them an mark the top of every single magnet 

- pause your print and insert magnets
- 5,8mm @ 0,4 layer height
- 5,6mm @ 0,2 layer height

- this model has male (M) and female (W) parts, keep this in mind.
- while printig insert magnets in W parts with mark to the top and in M parts mark to the bottom
- keep at least one marked magnets if u want mark some more
- seals are also available in M+W place W into W and M into M parts
- female (W) is left and male (M) is right on the picture below

- the M4 screws of M parts need to be adjusted for a perfect fitting of the seal and easy open/close
- start with a gap of aprox 3,5mm, then adjust it




- the pipe clamp needs a melt insert here

 - thats it, youre rdy to connect !
