Minimalist VESA 75mm mount for portable monitor

Needed to permanently mount a portable 17 inch monitor on my workbench shelf taking minimal amount of space.

4 M4x15 button head screws with washers used for the VESA mount, 2 random M4 wood screws with washers for mounting the stand to the 18mm plywood shelf. 

Printed mine from PLA with 4 perimeters and 25% infill, which so far seems to be quite an overkill for the super light monitor.
