Was running my voron trident printers with Dragon HF hotends and I don't be confortable with his poor performance and the heatcreep that happens sometimes.
decided to replace the entire hotend with something similar but better, and low cost that permit me to use v6 nozzles, standard heat cartridges, thermistor…. etc…
Yes, about 500 nonstop hours of printing (ABS, PCCF, PA12-CF….) , no burning of printed pieces or deformation.

Tested with.
ABS+CF

PCCF, ABS+GF, PA12+CF….

Yes it is, I'm running cartographer and designed in mind, I'm using this mount https://www.printables.com/model/934363-dragonburner-with-cartograph-and-g2sa-voron-24

~28mm3/s with PETG / 0.4mm nozzle
~30mm3/s with ABS/ASA / 0.4mm nozzle
In this photo you can check the PETG test![]()
Use PCCF, PC+PBT+GF or something similar, the volcano heatblock it's close to the printed part.
4 perimeters, 40% infill.
The main idea was to use V6 heatsink with M5 thread (aka V6 hemera from triangle) that perfoms outstanding with very low cost, with volcano heatblock. (The heatsink needs to be modded, if you dont want to go hemera solution you can just bought a V6 voron style heatsink)

The fan its a standard 3010 fan with a duct.
In the following image:

To mod the heatsink you can just use the mount as drill guide.
You need a 2.5mm drill bit and M3 tap, thats all.
Slide the heat catridge wires one each side to allow the silicone sock enter fully.
