Reinforcement for mini ceiling stand, vertical clothes dryer

Ich habe mir Ende letzten Jahres diesen Decken Wäscheständer gekauft, trotz diverser Bewertungen das die Verbindung des Mittelteil und der Außenteile sehr fragil ist.

Dies bestätigte sich nun kürzlich, trotz sorgsamer Beachtung der Nutzungsvorgaben (Nicht mehr als 10 Kilo, gleichmäßige Gewichtsverteilung etc.)

Ich habe mir daher diese Teile konstruiert und ausgedruckt.

Der Wäscheständer ist damit stabiler als original und schränkt die Funktion des HOch und runter ziehen und natürlich das Aufhängen der Wäsche überhaupt nicht ein.

Theoretisch müssen die Teile nur gesteckt werden, wodurch es schon sehr stabil ist. Ich habe zur Sicherheit ein wenig Klebeband drum herum gewickelt. Wer auf Nummer Sichergehen will, kann links und rechts an der Außenseite noch Löcher Bohren und eine Schraube mit Mutter installieren.

Gedruckt habe ich mit folgenden Settings:

• PLA
• 20% Infill
• Stützen auf Druckbett

Ob das ausreichend stabil ist, wird sich zeigen. Ich würde aber definitv mehr Infill empfehlen und statt PLA, PETG oder gar ABS nutzen.

At the end of last year, I bought this ceiling clothes dryer, despite various reviews stating that the connection between the middle section and the outer sections is very fragile. 

This was recently confirmed, despite careful adherence to the usage instructions (no more than 10 kilograms, even weight distribution, etc.). 

I therefore designed and printed these parts. The drying rack is now more stable than the original and does not restrict the function of pulling it up and down or hanging up laundry. 

Theoretically, the parts only need to be plugged in, which already makes it very stable. I wrapped a little bit of tape around it for safety. 

If you want to be on the safe side, you can drill holes on the left and right on the outside and install a screw with a nut. I printed with the following 

Print settings: 

• PLA 
• 20% infill 
• Supports on the print bed 

It remains to be seen whether this is sufficiently stable. However, I would definitely recommend more infill and using PETG or even ABS instead of PLA.
