We bought a second hand Yamaha SVC 210 but the original Bridge Protector that comes with the Yamaha case was missing.
I recreated one that anyone with a 3D printer with a volume of W250xD200xH200 can print it.
You will need 5 hex screws M3x140.
It costs only a few bucks to print (and almost a day for the 2 halves).
I used PLA and it is imho a really good protection (compared to nothing at all).
For sure, this is NOT a flight case but this is much better than the case alone. If you want a bit more flex, you may print it in PETG but I think the day the PLA is damaged, the ecello would have been damaged anyway.
If I had to print it again, I would manage to create a brim at both end of the “base” because it tend to retract a bit at the beginning of the print. Fortunately, it did not retract enough to ruin my print ;-)
Hope this can help someone to protect this awesome instrument !
