Conduit Plug

Overview:

I have UF wire running out of our house through conduit, but I wanted to plug the opening to keep bugs from getting in.  The included files are for 12-3 and 10-2 wires and different types of conduit/fittings, but I’ve included my Fusion 360 design, so you can tailor it to your needs.  It is all based on parameters and is easily configured.

This plug has a small slit in the side which allows you to install it after the install.  Simply line up the two cables, open the plug, wrap it around the cables, and push it into the conduit for a tight and secure fit.

Printing:

This needs to be printed in TPU in order to be able to wrap it around the existing cables.  No supports required.
