Moded FT Mini Control Horn

The mini control horn is used on many of the smaller Flite Test designs.  I took the original design and made the slight modification of beveling the part that is inserted into the foam so it is a little easier to push in.  I also added a small tab that helps to keep the control horn at the correct depth in the foamboard and provides a very small amount of additional support.
