As add-on of my earlier posted a motorized winder which was a remake / remodel of @GekoPrime's spooler I now add a revised LeadScrewBlock.
All of these files are also in my original post: https://www.printables.com/model/1398207-re-remodel-of-pastamatic-filament-spool-winder-for
You will need two dowel pins of ø3x20 better 22mm). One Screw M4x30mm with threads throughout whole length, two washers M4 and atwo nuts which you counter fasten or like I did one self locking screw.
This block features a fine adjustable filament lead which can be adjusted 5mm, thus you don't need to fine adjust the cam but only the filament lead, which makes it much easier. You also have two positions where you can feed the filament tube, in case you have a range which is not accessible form the other position. I am sure, you will figure it out. ; ))

PS: You may also find some slight improvements in the linked post. Those are related to holding the hex axle better down (Spindle-ClipReinforced_L.stl (or R). Hopefully better 50-gear bayonet with hex axle.
Sorry when this may confuse the one or the other, but guys this was an awfull bunch of work, and improvements are always found, after you use something. That required spooling from lone roll to the other and vice-versa. That is some PITA work. ; )
