Narrow Stack is a compact and modular storage system that fits into tight spaces. Inspired by LeIN's Stackable Drawer. Feel free to remix on TinkerCad.

HOW TO BUILD

  • Start with a bottom shelf (A1, A5, B1, B5).
  • Stack as many shelves (A2, A6, B2, B6) as required, use M3*8 screws to secure the shelves.
    • You can stack without screws, but they reinforce and prevent the “tower” from collapsing.
  • Add top shelf (A3, A7, B3, B7) and top plate (A4, A8, B4, B8), use M3*4 screws to secure the top plate.
  • Optional - Use (D) spacers if you need higher shelves.
  • Optional - Add caster wheels, use M3*6 screws.
  • Optional - You can also expand the stack sidewards, use M3*14 screws to tie two stacks together.

SHELVES & DRAWERS

  • Works as an open shelf (using solid shelves), drawers (C) are optional.
  • Alternative - Buy grid storage boxes in bulk, should be somewhat cheaper with discount and free shipping.

MINI LABELS (OPTIONAL)

  • Paste onto drawer/shelf with double sided tape, or just drop into grid.
  • Print with 0.25mm layer height.
  • 4 layers total, change filament at layer 3. Example : First 2 layers = white rectangle. Next 2 layers = black text.
  • Font used : Roboto Condensed Bold

PRINT SETTINGS

  • Material - PLA or PETG
  • Layer Height - 0.2mm to 0.24mm
  • Infill - At least 20%
  • Supports - Can be printed without supports, except for the spacers.
