QIDI Q2 LID RISER

This riser is designed to accommodate the QIDI Q2 glass lid. I’ve included the STEP file via Onshape to allow for easy customization, particularly if your foam tape dimensions differ from mine.
Materials Used:

• ½" × ½" foam tape
• M2 heated inserts × 2
• M2 × 12 mm screws × 2
  Feel free to modify the model as needed to suit your specific materials or tolerances.

THIS WAS DESIGNED FOR A VERY SNUG FIT AND THE FOAM TAPE TO HOLD IT TOGETHER! No coupling was designed for it. if you would like some the step file is included.

Picture is included for print orientation, and supports are necessary but limited and easy to remove with the right settings for your materials or printer. I don’t recommend abs for this if you are not accustomed to printing abs.
