Mirrored Holder and additional Adapters for the Holder of bbeaudoin

Because of the limited space inside the printer I mirrored the holder from bbeaudoin and placed both of them outside of the device.

Now together with some additional adapters and the Lid Spacer from PeterS1 nearly every kind of spool can be used for the Dreamer.

Update 2016/08/04: Adapter for Multimode-Spools with an inner hole with 50mm diameter and 87mm depth added
