Nozzle storage organizer

An organizer I designed to hold Qidi Q1 Pro nozzles (.2-.8 sizes). Printed with pla on a .8 nozzle, no supports if printed in the orientation shown in the pictured.

You do not need to print both “trays”, if you find the size of the storage areas of the normal tray are too small, I increased the size in the “tray-bigger” file. The pictures show the original version.

Assembly:

1. after printing the tray of your choice, the enclosure, and the enclosure backing, slide the tray into the enclosure from the back side (side that faces upwards in the orientation picture).
2. once fully inserted, slot the enclosure backing into place on the back of the enclosure; may require some sanding or kinetic persuasion, however fit should be tight.
